Research Interests
Recently, we focus on synthesis of nanostructures and composite materials for various purposes and adapt them to unique structural devices for energy harvesting technologies. Further, we use these energy harvesting technologies in making several electronic devices for biomedical and practical energy solutions. Research topics of our group are as follows.

1. Triboelectric/Piezoelectric nanogenerator (TENG/PENG)
- Design of triboelectric materials for high performance of TENG
- Design the structure of TENG
- Direct-current triboelectric nanogenerator (DC-TENG)
- Piezoionic strain sensor based on solid polymer electrolyte

2. Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Two-Dimensional (2D) Nanomaterials
- Large-Area Synthesis of 2D Materials
- Layer Control via Phase-Transition-Induced Growth
- Synthesis of Point-Defect-Passivated 2D Nanosheet

3. Human-Oriented Technology
- Implantable/biodegradable medical devices (IMDs)
- Pathogen Control
- Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS)
- 3rd Generation Batteries
